Shipping policy
USPajamas complies with the highest level of Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. We’re using the most advantage SSL Encryption technology to ensure safe and secure checkout via:

- Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard & American Express.
We are also upfront about our shipping costs. Because we use a cost based shipping rate, you will never be surprised at checkout with an unexpected shipping amount.
We treat every item you purchase as if it were our own, and we take extreme care in packaging each order.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Production Time: 5 – 7 business days.
Shipping Time:
- USPS First-Class Mail® Delivery . The shipping cost is $5.95 plus $1.95/item. It takes 10 - 15 days to be successfully delivered.
At the moment, our shipping cannot deliver to US Military bases. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home.
Please allow 1-3 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If tracking information is not available, that means the carrier has not processed your package yet.
Once scanned, tracking events will populate.
Generally, domestic orders are delivered within 1-5 business days,
depending on the service you chose at checkout.
Note: Transit times do not include production time.
The package was delivered to the incorrect address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” we will notify you by email. Once returned to our facility, our team will process a refund of the order subtotal.
A refund will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back at our warehouse.
Note: After we process a refund, it may take 2–8 business days
for your bank to post it to your account.
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.
If you contact the carrier to redirect or forward your package,
we are not responsible if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged.
During free shipping promotions, returned or refused packages will be refunded
minus the standard shipping and handling fees.
The post office confirmed the package was lost.
We will gladly replace or refund orders lost in transit. Please contact us at support@uspajamas.com and we will take care of the issue.
How Long Is The Returns Process?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive the return.
You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
Defective items receive a full refund.
Non-defective returns exclude shipping and handling fees.
What If The Item(s) I Received Are Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged?

Photo or video proof may be required before a replacement or refund is issued.
